For the academic year 2025-2026, the fees applied to users have been modified by Resolution of the Board of Directors of the University of Macerata on 28th February 2025.

Fees:

double room…………€ 220,00

double for single use room…………€ 280,00

The fee includes:
  • supply and periodic change of towels and bed linen;
  • periodic cleaning of the room and common areas;
  • Wi-Fi connection;
  • utilities (electricity, water, heating, waste tax, contract registration costs);
  • assistance 24-hours;
  • ordinary repairs and maintenance interventions.

Fees vary based on additional services requested (extra cleaning, extra changing of linen, fridge in the room, etc.).
