It is necessary to make a request through the online form fiil in some important information, for example, the period, the preferred structure, the reason for the stay and the type of bed. After sending the request, you will receive an email with a summary of your data. The booking request is not binding and will have to wait for a reply email from the Reception Office.

In case of availability, we will send an email with the estimate and instructions for completing the reservation. Failure to reply within the deadline will result in the cancellation of the request. In case of non-availability, if requested, you’ll be placed on the waiting list.

We will send you the estimate where we will provide useful information for completing the booking: we will ask you to complete the data, to accept the regulation and to pay a deposit (deposit + advance fee) within a certain deadline. If the payment is not made by the deadline and the data are not sent, the request will be canceled. Once the payment has been received, we will send an email confirming the booking.
