Rates include:
- utilities and taxes (water, electricity, heating, VAT, waste tax, contract registration fees);
- Wi-Fi connection;
- reception service;
- ordinary maintenance and repair service;
- assistance service h24/7;
- common areas cleaning service;
- use of self-managed/shared kitchens;
- use of parking (where available).
Extra services available on request (for an additional fee):
- cleaning of bedroom and bathroom;
- provision and change of towels;
- provision and change of bed sheets and pillowcases;
- in-room refrigerator;
Rates refer to the full Academic Year (from September to August) and are intended per person, per month.
Rates for stays shorter than the full Academic Year may be subject to an increase starting from +15%.
Rates are established by the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the University of Macerata dated February 28, 2025.
