All of our dorms are organized to offer the best possible welcome to university students, faculty members, participants in intercultural exchanges and cultural tourists.
Here is who we address our welcome offer:
University students
Students from the University of Macerata and the Academy of Fine Arts are the primary residents of our facilities.
They may be out-of-town students looking for accommodation close to their departments, or Erasmus participants eager to fully experience Italian university life. In any case, all our housing facilities are designed to offer the best possible welcome: reception service, free Wi-Fi, shared kitchens, and cleaning and linen services, are just some of the features we provide to make staying with us a truly unique experience. That’s why 95% of our students choose to come back the following year.
Faculty members
Our dorms are fully integrated into university life, which is why we also welcome faculty members from the University of Macerata.
We offer accommodations specifically designed to meet their needs. Some of our dorms are reserved exclusively for professors, located near university departments and equipped with all the necessary comforts. They feature private single rooms with en-suite bathrooms and offer the privacy needed to prepare for a demanding day of work.
Cultural tourists
Macerata is a city rich in art and culture.
It hosts one of Italy’s most renowned opera seasons, serves as a hub for intercultural exchange and Erasmus programs, and regularly welcomes international conferences and cultural events. As a result, it often attracts visitors looking for short-term stays. When the academic year ends and summer begins, our university dorms open their doors to those seeking a short cultural or professional visit.
